The Prince William County Police Department is not the Prince William County Sheriff's Office, and the Prince William regional Adult Detention Center is not the court clerk.   • Statewide Virginia criminal-history response: Virginia State Police CARE processes the consent-based SP-167 mailed request. The online form generator prepares the paperwork, while VSP CARE at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, VA 23235 receives the notarized form and payment.
